Children

Our vision is to serve parents and children by teaching the next generation to know, understand, and apply the Gospel of Jesus Christ in their lives through a love of God and His Word.

We are committed to the following:

  • Service – We are here to serve the church by serving parents and their children. Our model is based upon the Biblical example of Christ’s personal and humble service. 1 Peter 4:10-11
  • Parents - We believe parents are ultimately responsible for leading and shepherding their children with the support of the church. Our goal is to serve parents by coming alongside them as they shepherd their children and to allow them the opportunity to actively participate in the Sunday morning corporate gathering. Ephesians 6:4
  • Children - We believe children are an integral part of the church community. We serve the children with faith knowing that God will use every child for the furtherance of his kingdom. Philippians 1:6
  • Gospel  - We believe the foundation of knowing, understanding, and applying the Gospel includes the following:
    • A BIG GOD! - The supremacy of God including His attributes.
    • The WORD - The Bible is God’s primary means of communicating who He is, His plan for redemption, the future, and who man is.
    • Understanding who man is and our need for a Savior.

Sunday Mornings-

  • We provide children’s ministry from birth through 5th grade.
  • We provide children’s ministry during the entire service for infants through 3 year olds.
  • For those children 4 and older we provide Sunday school after worship in the main service and during the main service teaching time.
  • We also welcome children in our worship and seek to help parents train their children to benefit from public worship.

Our children's ministry staff undergo an extensive background check and are trained in order to provide for the care of the children.
